Dr Dumisani Z. Moyo (PhD)

Founder & Managing Director

Dumisani provides strategic and programme leadership for DDSC, including programme design, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, responsible data and AI governance, and delivery oversight. His background spans agricultural economics, geography, evaluation, policy-facing work, data systems, and research design, with experience across FAO, UNDP and WFP assignments, programme coordination involving UNICEF and UNFPA, climate-resilience evaluations, agricultural socio-economic analysis, and data/MIS-enabled development work.

Blessings Chizala Ngwira

Product & Technology Lead

Blessings leads technical architecture, software delivery coordination, testing, and product iteration. He is a lecturer in ICT at Mzuzu University with over 10 years of software engineering experience and a background in AI, natural language processing, database systems, cloud environments, and public-sector digital systems.

Patrick Kalirani

Operations, Partnerships & Communications Lead

Patrick leads delivery coordination, partner and stakeholder communications, implementation operations, dissemination, and approved project visibility.

Tuntufye Mwasokwa

Finance & Compliance Lead

Tuntufye leads budgeting, financial controls, grant compliance, reporting discipline, and audit readiness.

Machamo Moyo

Data, Evaluation & Learning Lead

Machamo leads monitoring, evaluation and learning systems, results frameworks, data quality, reporting, and evidence use across programmes. His background spans development economics, MEL system design, donor-funded programme performance, research and evaluation, and data systems, with experience linked to Global Fund programmes, climate, gender and health programming, partner capacity strengthening, and decision-oriented analytics.

Denia leads opportunity identification, partnership development, client engagement, and pipeline management. She supports proposal development, concept framing, and business development coordination to strengthen DDSC’s growth and strategic positioning.

Alexander has training in Nutrition and Food Science and Food, Nutrition and Livelihood Security from LUANAR, with practical agriculture exposure from Israel. His experience includes nutrition counselling, field data collection, climate-smart agriculture research support, and coordination of Malawian interns in Israel’s agricultural production settings. At DDSC, he supports nutrition and food systems scoping, agriculture-nutrition linkages, user research, and implementation support.

Olivia supports DDSC’s administrative, data, accounts, and opportunity-tracking systems. Her work helps strengthen documentation discipline, pipeline visibility, compliance readiness, meeting coordination, and basic accounts administration across DDSC’s institutional operations.

Dr Boyson H.Z. Moyo is a senior academic and agriculture-environment specialist with extensive experience in environmental management, indigenous knowledge systems, climate change, sustainable livelihoods, and agricultural development. Has been an adjunct professor at MZUNI and a former Dean of the Faculty of Natural Resources at LUANAR. At DDSC, he provides senior technical and scientific advisory support, helping strengthen the organization’s work in agriculture, environment, climate resilience, indigenous knowledge, and research-led programme design.

Grace Nthara is a Senior Nutrition & Community Wellbeing Advisor with experience in human nutrition, community training, and support to vulnerable families and children. She has served as a Community Nutrition Officer in Malawi’s Ministry of Agriculture & Irrigation and as an Assistant Lecturer in Human Nutrition at Bunda College. She also has UK-based experience supporting families facing chronic health and social vulnerability challenges. At DDSC, she advises on nutrition, caregiver support, family wellbeing, and community-centred programme design.

Dumisani is a finance and business planning professional with experience in corporate finance, expenditure control, accounting operations, financial analysis, and strategic financial management. He supports DDSC in strengthening project costing, financial controls, compliance readiness, and commercially sound growth. His background includes senior business planning and finance roles in Malawi’s telecommunications sector, alongside earlier accounting experience in higher education and public infrastructure contexts.
